We have an online payment portal where you may submit a payment with a credit or debit card. All of our customers have an account already set up on the payment portal. To enter the payment portal, you will need to know your six digit account number with us. The default password for each account is the last four digits of the phone number we have on file. If you have trouble logging in, give us a call at 810-667-4824 and we can look up your information for you.
You can also call the office to make a payment over the phone with a credit card or set up a card for automatic payments.
If you would rather send a payment through the mail, you can send in a check or money order to 3600 Davis Lake Rd., Lapeer, MI 48446.
If you come to the office to make a payment, please continue to the end of Davis Lake Road- it will turn into our driveway. One of the front doors is labeled as the office entrance.
Please allow one business day for a payment to post to your account.
For accounts that have had service stopped for non-payment, payments must be received by 2pm on the business day BEFORE your pickup day in order to resume service.
