Habitat Recycling update:
Rick Rhein Disposal is not in charge of this event we are contracted through Lapeer County Drop Off and are happy to be contracted for this to benefit our community.
It looks like they are getting a new date sometime in March. Be on the lookout in your local newspaper or visit their website

Have Boxes??
Please have the boxes be broken down for the guys to easily be able to grab them.
Recycling customers please be sure to have the boxes cut into 2ft by 2ft so that they can fit in the recycling
truck if they are bigger than that they may be left behind.

Have Rechargeable Batteries?
We CANNOT take rechargeable or lithium-ion batteries in the garbage.
They are hazardous waste and can be extremely dangerous in a garbage truck!

All Garbage should be bagged so it can be taken care of with limited exposure to our employees.
This will ensure the health and safety of our employees while providing service to all customers.

Our phones are often quite busy- if you're having trouble getting through,
feel free to send us an email at rickrheindisposal@hotmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Rick Rhein Disposal provides many services to residential and commercial clients.  We have been in business since 1993.  We are locally owned and operated, and service customers with pride and integrity.  We strive to be the best at what we do!

HOLIDAY PICKUP SCHEDULE: We run a day behind on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.  If the holiday falls on or before your pickup day, then your pickup will be one day behind with Friday pickup on Saturday.
We never run into the next week, and if a holiday is on the weekend, it does NOT affect the pickup schedule.

Got some yard waste? We are unable to take yard waste to the dump as it is illegal by Michigan State Law.

If you live outside of the city limits of Lapeer, people typically burn their leaves and yard waste.  If you have a large amount, you could check into dropping it off at Country Oaks Landscape Supply in Burton for a small fee. 810-743-1920.
