Garbage must be out by 6am or we CANNOT guarantee pick up.
Garbage is a prepaid service, we bill quarterly (3 months) at a time. New customers must pay within two weeks of starting service. Ongoing services, please be sure to send payment within 30 days of billing. If the bill is not paid within the 30 day window, service will be suspended. A late fee maybe added if payment is late.
Holidays: We run a day behind on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on or before your pickup day, then your day is one day behind with Friday pickup on Saturday. We never run into the next week, and if a holiday is on the weekend, it does NOT affect the pickup schedule.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: We will refund any unused portion of payment within that billing cycle. If paid by check, we must wait 14 days before a refund will be issued.
Privacy Statement: We do not disclose any information that is given to us, such as phone numbers or addresses. We do not keep credit card information on file unless requested. Also, reoccurring billling is secure with access only by the biller.
